Terms and Conditions of Express Prep And Ship
- Prohibited Items: We do not accept hazardous materials (HAZMAT), removals, or perishable items that require refrigeration or specific temperature controls.
- Inventory Management: To ensure a smooth flow of inventory, all items with the proper ASIN numbers must be listed on the provided Google Spreadsheets and into Amazon before we receive the products.
- We will not be responsible for miss labeled items if the shipping party tracking numbers and proper ASIN’s are not used.
- Damaged, Problematic, or Unclaimed Items: We will provide pictures of items that are damaged or have issues. Items that are unclaimed will be donated or disposed of after 30 days unless Express Prep And Ship is advised on how to proceed.
- Mislabeled Products: In the event of mislabeled products, you will need to send us the items and the letter from Amazon stating it is mislabeled and we will pay for the correction if we are at fault.
- Insurance: We do not insure your products. Insurance is the responsibility of the inventory owner.
- Invoices and signup fees can be paid through PayPal using a credit card, you do not have to have a PayPal account to use this feature, other arrangements can be made if this does not work for you. We can also receive payments through Square and Wise if needed.
- Unpaid Invoices: Invoices are sent out on the 1st and 15th of each month. We reserve the right to retain inventory for unpaid invoices. Additionally, a $20 late fee will be added to invoices more than 5 days late.
- Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
- Confidentiality: We will not disclose or use any supplier or client information with any outside third party.
- Price Changes: Express Prep And Ship reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change prices for its services without notice. We will keep our website updated in a timely manner.
